Steaming is not just for the skin care. It's good for your respiratory system. It clears sinuses and helps with your stress, headache etc. You can do it few times a week. It's not going to make you darker.

An honest doctor who has shared nothing but simple truth. Once a leading dermatologist told me all that she has told. We are grossly and cunningly misled by beauticians and so-called experts. A little bit study of dermatology will corroborate the statement
@NaomiChambers7 жыл бұрын
I'm not buying all of this. Steam opens pores, and helps the skin absorb active ingredients like antioxidants and retinoids. (treatments proven to work through double blind peer reviewed studies.) The skin is a sponge. What you put on it does matter. I agree with one thing - sunscreen is the number ONE thing a person can do.

As I have been a cosmetology student I was told when ever applying my skin care products to massage them in and in the past two days I haven't done the same methods that you have shown your video in reference to how to apply your skin care products and I have not gotten any blemishes after cleaning my face usually after finally massaging in my voice Dreiser I will get small blemishes that would form that my skin would look very oily and none of that has happened since I have taken on this technique thank you so much for your videos I am truly enjoying them

ofcourse facial massage has positive effects on sagging and muscle morphology, a study was done Analysis of morphological changes after facial massage by a novel approach using three‐dimensional computed tomography H. Nishimura I. Okuda N. Kunizawa T. Inoue Y. Nakajima S. Amano and concluded that The efficacy of massage for improving facial morphology was confirmed by both methods, and 3D‐CT could also visualize the changes in subcutaneous structures. i think we should look at evidence based data rather than misleading or assuming

Steaming your face can help your pores to unclog it and easily to clean exfoliate a little by using facial wash with beads or home made scrub after flush it with cold water to shrink the pores and tone it with mild toner moisturise and thats it clear and clean glowing skin drink plenty water cut the dairy that produced more fats and oil cut the sugar more greentea 👍🏻 Goodluck

Firstly thankyou for sharing your wealth of knowledge. I have learnt a lot. Will a face mask (that is usually cold when applied on the skin) close your pores after a shower because you pores will be open from the heat? Would you say a toner will help close your pores too? I suppose you don't want open pores so that dirt and bacteria doesn't enter into your pores.

Nonsense .. Steam always helps with oiling , followed by ice massage .. U r ur own best doctor .. Listen to ur skin and body and U'll get the answer .. Best is face exercises .. Just like body , face has muscles and they should be worked upon .. No rocket science ..U don't need dermatologist treatments either ..

What the hell.... Facials with good products ,without chemicals and blah blah stuff,can do good for our face...We have so many nerves in our face,we generally can't give the care needed for them like massaging...facials can do that and signs of ageing and wrinkles can be postponed through the blood circulation..

Oil is not the main cause of acnes, it's the dead skin cells which blocks the path of oil secreting through pores that causes pimples, as oil and dead cell mix with are then fed by bacteria and it causes aches, Oil is good for skin to keep it In a good condition of course not excessive oil as nothing is good in excess.... I also had lot of acnes but now I have started to take care of my skin rather then just throwing oil out of my face. It will work trust me😀
