Abi seni daha çok yeni tanıdım blog yazılarını ve videolarını izliyorum sürekli gerçekten işinde olduğu gibi bu konuda da çok başarılısın 🙏 ben önümüzdeki sene türkiyede bir uçuş okulundan (ayjet) eğitim almak istiyorum hali hazırda ekonomi bölümü öğrencisiyim ama gözümü korkutan tek şey işsizlik ve daha eski blog yazılarında da sen bu konuya değinmiştin. Bana verebileceğin herhangi bir tavsiye var mı? Cevap verirsen çok sevinirim.

kardesim, ayjete kendi maddi imkanlarin ile girebiliyorsan gir tabi. uniyi yandan yürüt ve bitir. Caner abi de kendi imkanim olsaydi özelden kendim olurdum demisti. Fakat tabi maddi imkan olmadigi icin en iyi cözüm cadet programi oluyor thy deki gibi. En son ilanlarda fakat uniden mezun olman gerekiyordu cadete basvurman icin. Bu noktayi unutma bence. Zaten ilanlarin ne zaman acilacagi belli degil. Hali hazirda covidden dolayi kalanlar suan arka arkaya type ratinglerini aliyorlar. Ardindan büyük ucakta basliyacaklar.

Furkan gayet güzel cevap vermiş. Burada dediğin gibi seçenekler önemli. Akademiye bel bağlanarak gelecek planlaması yapılmamalı benim görüşüm. Paralelde akademi olursa gayet güzel olur. Ancak bu durumda maddi gücün varsa seçmesi de önemli oluyor. Kendi imkanlarınla mı yoksa akademi mi? Bu soruya cevap vermek lazım.

Caner abim, the first point that you mention... I totally agree. That`s the most attractive detail compared to other Airlines , even globally! For example before 7 years if i dont remember wrong, Lufthansa acted as well as turkish airlines regardless to paying the whole training costs after you work for them.. so from your salary you know.. But nowadays you have to charge it directly during your training, so you have to deal with the bank directyl etc... One detail, that I dont know really is, whether it is possible to join the cadet program at Turkish Airlines with "Mavi Kart" that allows you to have permanent residency and no restricted work permit in Turkey during your life. Or do you strictly have to have the Turkish passaport?

Merhaba, kanalınızı yeni keşfettim. Çok faydalı bilgiler verdiğiniz için size çok teşekkür ederim. Bir sorum olacaktı, cevaplarsanız çok yardımcı olmuş olursunuz. Pilot olunca aylık 8 boş günümün bir kısmını HER ZAMAN isteğe bağlı bir gün olarak seçebilir miyim? Mesela uçuş takvimimi planlayan kişiye her ay, "bu ayın cuma günleri mutlaka boş olsun, geriye kalan boş günlerimi istediğin gibi ayarlayabilirsin" diyebilir miyim? Gün bile şart değil, cumanın öğle vakti boş olsa da yeterli benim için. Karşılığında fazladan gece uçuşu yapmaya veya yoğun günlere gönüllü olma gibi "cezalara" katlanmaya bile razıyım. Ayrıca bu olay "bidding" mi oluyor? Özellikle THY özelinde bilginiz varsa paylaşırsanız çok mutlu olurum.

Boş istediğiniz günleri ekip planlamaya bildirme şansınız var ancak bu kesinlikle o günleriniz boş olacak demek değil. Şirketteki seniorityniz arttıkça bu durumdaki söz hakkınız daha çok oluyor. Son olarak TK'da bidding sistemi ne yazıkki yok. Bidding sistemi daha çok uçmak istediğiniz rotalar, tarihler ve saatler üstüne

Hello, I would recommend you to check each job listing posted by TK. Before, you could apply as an expat however recently they changed the application requirements to only Turkish citizens or blue card holders. We never know what’s gonna happen in the future. Please keep checking it!

Merhaba Caner, I do have the T.C. Blue Card and a German citizenship (I am a Turk living currently in Germany). My dream was always flying at TK with entry at the cadet program, but I heard that you need to have a university bachelor degree? Here in Germany (and other EU Countries) you usually need to have passed secondary level education (I guess that would be Lise / ön lisans in Turkey). Now, my question is, what do you know about the school requirements and what particular subject /degree do you need to apply at TAFA? Tesekküler for your time.

Well you better to check job listing. There used to be times where foreigner can apply without prior experiance. However, there used to be other times only Turkish citizens can apply. Therefore, It's hard to say something about it.

Hey, It's hard to say. In the video, I already said a number. However, do not forget inflation is really high right now in Turkey. These salaries won't be current in 1-2 years period.

That's true. Training fee is deducted from the pilot's salary once they start flying. As far as I know, the bond is 140.000 Euro right now.
