The main thing those big overland trucks need in order to be useful is to be in Africa rather on a racecourse in the Midlands.

Do people buy those very big vehicles to live in rather than just travel?

@@benwiles7433 Never say never, I suppose. In the UK, though, it seems like a LOT of extra effort and expense just so you could park somewhere especially wild for the night. For me, they're really what you buy after you win the lottery and decide you're going to drive to China or something. UK just isn't big enough, or wild enough, to make them worth the expense. Very fancy, though.
