My guess: if the hood is not bent, and the chassis was not affected by the impact, my guess is that you will have to loosen the front fenders and all parts around the hood before installing the hood. The install the hood, square everything out and last, tighten everything down. Really enjoying the mini series, keep up the good work!!

Thanks!! The frame was slightly bent. Couldn’t see it from the eye but if you measure it was off and causing everything to have alignment issues! Thanks for watching! Really glad you enjoyed!

I'm a seven slot guy, have yet to see an aftermarket grill that celebrates the seven slots and looks different/good enough to make a switch. Great work so far Dex, next time I crush the front end of my Jeep I'll have to fly you out ;). Are those the same metal fender flares that you put on your rig?

Hey man the part you are calling a quarter panel is a fender and the part you are calling the fender is the front finder flair. Great install just thought I would let you know take care my man.

If you put some red locktite around the outside of your nutserts then install them , it will save you some grief down the road if you ever have to remove the fenders . 😜

Nice job but why do you keep calling the fenders "quarter panels"? Quarter panel is between the rear door and boot. The front panel is the fender.
@adventuredex3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the correction. Perhaps I am not using correct term but I always thought the fenders attached to the quarter panel 🤷🏻♂️ thanks for watching!
