I was going to say the same thing. I wonder such a short cooking time could actually tenderize the meat. It usually takes a couple of hours to get to the fall-off-the-bone tender.

Air frying boneless beef ribs makes them as tough as an old boot! Instead try putting them in a brine 2 days before. Remove from brine. Season to taste. Sear in a large pan on stove top. Add in beef broth to almost cover ribs. Simmer until fork tender checking on them every 30 minutes or so. Add more beef broth if they need it, not almost swimming in it. Once tender, remove from beef broth, turn beef broth into a gravy. Put the ribs on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 400*F. Coat ribs in fave bbq sauce. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes, just until bbq sauce caramelizes onto the ribs. Done!

Yum! I know brining anything makes it heaps better! So that is a good recipe!

She cut the part out when she was biting into the rib because it wasn't tender! Take the membrane of the ribs and boil them before putting them into an air fryer!

My family enjoyed these ribs. I wanted something yummy and hearty on a cold rainy day, but I didn't start a crock pot meal earlier. This is a quick way to good-tasting ribs. Just don't expect the same fall-off-the-bone cook that you get with low and slow heat. There's no cheating that.

I was hoping to see you bit off the meat to see if it was really tender after such a short cook time *_but you jump-cut edited it out;_* your teeth touch the meat then it jump-cuts and you're chewing it. Puts a question mark over the whole thing.

@@gratefultammy Maybe, but at the time i had an extra rack of back ribs to make and wanted to try them in air fryer, but wasn't sure what best time and temp was. I was in a hurry to get them started and every video on the subject was doing things that were definite practices to yield bad ribs. I think this was my fourth or fifth video and i gave up and just guessed time and temp. I'll apologize to the content creator, but my comment was actually nice compared to what cetain individuals on BBQ forums would have said if they came across this (no excuse, i know). I've had a bad week after posting this, so maybe karma already got me back.
