Coming up we called those Chinese Ribs. Which to me is better then the bones. It’s been about 5+ yrs since I had some myself. Thanks for the recipe. And also here in TX it’s definitely raining off and on.

Interesting! Did you use BBQ sauce on them or a Chinese/Asian sauce instead? I bet Plum Sauce would be yummy with this meat

Thanks! It is very yummy, just need to be sure not to over cook the pork in the air fryer so the meat doesn’t dry out and get tough.
