WOW!! Love the videos!! You guys inspire me. I live in Iowa and watch your channel all the time. We have a home in PGI and we had a 35ft Sea Ray that we lost to Milton. If I were you, I wouldn't say that you aren't likely to make a trip like that again. Being in the merchant marine for years, I often thought the trips were stressful, but after three weeks ashore I was looking forward to another adventure.

Congratulations on completing your loop. Y'all did an amazing job. Thank you for taking us all along. Can't wait for the wrap-up video.. Hope you do a live video. It's great to see that Bridget was watching how you do things and isn't just tossing her hands up, saying this isn't something for me. Good video series. and a wonderful trip. I like that you didn't hide the days you were grumpy. things that are out of your control can make you grumpy and everyone gets that way. but it was a great adventure and I know you too appreciate it. Bridgette's summery at the end is a testament to how much you do appreciate it. maybe the video editing added to the stress levels you were talking about. you must feel like you have deadlines to meet when you are shooting on a vacation. you could always shoot the film while you're on vacation and on a trip and do the editing when you get home. release it as a mini series as for the next trip. I agree with you 100% no reason to do the loop again you did it it's done. you got the gulf side, you can shoot down to the keys easy enough. you could take a trip out to the dry tortugas. and how about the Bahamas??? 😁

We did a bucket list boat trip 5 years ago from Cincinnati to Nashville by river. 768 miles in 8 days. 27 ft cruiser with cruise speed was 28-32 mph. Then recently I started to hear about the Florida mini-loop and got interested. Low and behold, Happy Ours starts a video series on the trip I was starting to design. I have enjoyed the series and I have learned some cautions from your experiences. We would do it in a smaller, faster cruiser (similar to our other boat)and plan to stay in marinas most nights. Are there enough marinas on the route you took to allow such a trip? Range of up to 100 miles per day, preferred 50-75 miles per day. Thanks again for the work it took to bring us along.
