Greetings from the most isolated city on the planet. Perth, Western Australia. I just had to tell you guys how much I love your love. I've just started watching your clips and I smile with every one. I'm from an older generation ( I turned 60 on the 10th of November 2020) and I wasn't given the chance to marry until it was too late. I spent 41 years with the most amazing man for Vienna, Austria. Sadly I lost him on 15/02/2019, one day before my sister's birthday. My point is, I see your marriage/roller coaster and I love it. I'm so glad that we as people have finally evolved enough for us to share our love with the world. I'm so grateful that you share so much of your lives. I cried with joy when Alastair came home from deployment and I love Kyle's laugh. A deep, heartfilled laugh. Thank you for letting me enjoy life vicariously through yours.

Hands down my favorite part of this video was hearing your letter. It takes a lot to share your feelings, but even more so when you’re sharing them with an audience like us. We are strangers when it comes to y’all’s love for each other. We don’t see every raw detail of y’all’s life to fully understand the power behind your words. But I do believe we all understand love at some capacity. So with that, I feel moved and extremely honored that you shared a very private and romantic memory with all of us. Truly inspirational. Thank you, thank you, and oh yeah thank you! 🤓

When u talk about your relationship and and people saying they want a relationship like yours & how your relationship is perfect. I think we all know that, married people argue, have their ups &; downs , but the thing is despite it all, you still love each other and that's what most of us are looking for. Ww are looking for that person who says, no matter what, no matter how u may drive me up a wall at times, I will never leave you. That's what we are looking for. It would be a dull world if we didn't duke it out at times & clear the air. Sp despite your wrongs & flaws, still think u have a great relationship. Happy Anniversary & many more.

I just had to copy the whole letter down: My Alastair, This morning, I woke up to a rush of warm inner sun. You were resting next to me, and I could see gentle dreams on your face. I smiled, watching you, and thought: all things should be about love. I'm not the perfect man, but I do know love. Because I'm in love with you. And if you hold my hand, I know that I can grow. If you give me a single day, I know I can use it to build many years. And we will live in those years, like a strong house, fixing our memories to the walls. What a thing love is. What a good thing. I have been sitting through the pandemic in the Hill County with my husband. We have to laugh at you both. You sound just like we were 21 years ago. We had to go with a King bed with two twins. I am 100% side sleeper and the softer the better. He sleep on his back, stomach and sides but it has to be hard as a rock. His side may work for sleeping but it sucks when it comes to the lovin and you don't want to do it on the crack where the two twins come together. Trust me. It is not exactly comfortable. You're right, it is okay to blow up as long as it doesn't get physical. Living in the RV for the last 5 months can really stress the relationship if you don't have a stable foundation. After 21 years it is safe to say that we have changed over the years. We met at the Round Up early on a Friday night. He had recently relocated to Dallas and I moved to Dallas in 1992 with my previous partner. I worked in the medical field in case management and stopped in to see a friend who had recently been released from the hospital. I swung by after work and was definitely not dressed to go dancing. We introduced ourselves. Chatted for about an hour. Went to dinner that turned into a 3am cup of coffee and off to my place. We have been together since that night. I knew right away that Don was the right guy. We ended raising two boys a couple years later. Left Oaklawn and moved to the suburbs. The kids are grown. I am retired. My husband would like to work a few more years before he is ready to retire and live in the RV fulltime. I have watched your channel and it is so exciting to see young couples find love and really work at it. If you're not willing to do the work it is never going to last. You're going to make mistakes. You're going to get it wrong. The question is how you handle it. Our best friends married the same time we did. They stood for us and we stood for them. They too have done the hard work and are happily married 21 plus years also. So Congratulations guys. From your Texas neighbors. Wishing you another 3 years and more.

For me, each of your videos is like a love poem - even the few that are hard to watch such s the one about your father. I turned 18 on march of this year and the only one that doesn't know I'm gay is my dad. But besides that, it's ok to be different because it makes you unique in your own special way. The truth is I'm still trying to work through my inner struggles but that's ok because I'm young and so are you. You don't need to rush into anything especially in college. Just go with the flow🌈

don't be scared, just be who and what you are. You simply cannot changed for the world, but let the people around you welcome you with open hearts of who you are. It is a matter of time. As for now, concentrate on your college and the degree you want to pursue. There are lots of students in the college have the same emotions roller coaster like you are. Finish your degree and once you are out in the world, it is a total different place. You will get to find your inner self. Be strong and have faith in yourself. Once again, DON'T BE AFRAID OF WHO YOU ARE, YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE. YOU CAN'T ALTER THAT. LIVE AND BE PROUD OF IT.

Wow you may not realize it but this an exciting time for you! College is a time of tremendous growth and self discovery. I think you are already ahead of me when I was 18. I wish I knew KZbinrs like Zach at that age. Just take your time. Cliche but this just comes down to learning to love yourself and accept who you are. I’m almost 25 and I still have some shame and stuff to work on and I’m not sure if that fear of ppl looking at you differently will ever go away. But what I have learned in my life so far that each year I care less and less. What matters is you find ppl who support you (hopefully friends and family) who make you feel loved unconditionally even after you tell them. You’ll know when you are ready to come out don’t have to rush this is literally not a race lol. Some ppl don’t come out til later like 30s and 40s and that’s okay. Just learn to be comfortable with yourself and it’ll all work out. Sending positive vibes as you begin college this fall!!

Zach, I love your comment "I wish I would have started recording my life earlier". If we all would have known how special certain moments in our lives would become. There is a new cable show coming titled "what I wished I knew before I started talking" , your comment outranks that one. Love you guys.

Of all your videos, this is one of my absolute favorites. With perfect sincerity and simplicity, you capture the love and beauty of being in a relationship. When you read your letter, it brought tears to my eyes because it cuts straight to the heart of something strong and pure and true... real love itself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I have to watch this video in parts, because there is too much loving energy in it. So much for my body to handle. This gives me so much hope and inspiration for my future. I just turned 20, And I finally have come to terms with being gay. so it feels like I'm finally taking the first steps in creating myself, And it is exhausting. Thank you so much for everything you do, and for making this video.✨✨✨☁️

I just watched this again. WOW! Listening to you read your letter to Alistair again, I found myself caught off guard…such simplicity, but such profound effect! I was unexpectedly overcome with emotion… again! It reminded me how fortunate I am to have my “soulmate, my true love” of 34 years. Your letter, so well written, such an honest heartfelt expression of your love. You are very eloquent in your ability to share your feelings, your passions, your love for Alastair. You’ve unselfishly shared your beautiful and magical articulation of your love, with us, reminding us to remember that “it SHOULD all be about love!” Thank you! And please, don’t ever lose this! It’s such a gift. 🥰

Editing was extremely crafted beautifully as if its a movie trailer, even more surreal but its true. Well only people with humongous tools can make such art, that tool is called LOVE. I wish I'll find mine soon.

What I got from your videos is that a relationship is as perfect as how much you make it all about love and support, through ups and downs, through near and far. So inspiring.

The two of you bring to the table the daily reality that is life for so many same-sex couples. Ups and downs, arguments and romance. Your letter to Alastair is really the embodiment of the sentiments so many of us wish we could impart to our husbands/wives/lovers and for that I wish to thank you. Articulate, handsome and seemingly navigating life with a steady hand is something more of our society need to see when considering the truth about same-sex families building a life. Thank you gentlemen.

I only recently discovered your channel and have been watching your vlogs. I am much older than you - a 50 y/o man but I find your vlogs very interesting. I so very much envy what you and Alastair have with each other. When I was in high school I had a crush on my best friend. At the time I was so deep in the closet I could not find my way out. Even if I had been out - or had some balls to make a move on him - he seemed hopelessly straight. He started talking about his desire to go to West Point when we were in the 10th grade. He worked to this end for several years - especially our senior year and he made it. Unfortunately, I never saw him again. Through some mutual friends I have heard he married one of his female classmates, had three kids, retired from the military, and is now a general contractor in Hawaii. My West Point Man was not meant to be but, I still think of him every other day. In the years after we parted, I wanted someone but I felt I had to protect my job. I tried to meet other people and stay in the closet at the same time. I seemed to go from the wrong man to the next wrong man. My job moved me often - usually to remote locations. When I was young I always thought I had plenty of time to find a man when I settled down. Now at 50, the company has settled me in one location for good. However, all this adventure and bad decisions have left me alone. I think my current co-workers see my marital status and guess the truth. It amazes me that they seem to okay with it. I could probably come fully out but years of habit die hard. I have an ache in my heart when I think of all the years of happiness I gave up when was young and sexy - like you and Alastair. So, I would just like to echo a sentiment you have mentioned to all of your fans - follow your heart and be happy while you are young. Don't exchange that life for anything. Anything other than happiness will leave you empty and alone when you are old and gray. It may be hard for a time but everything will work out.

I Zach, that letter was beautiful! Alastair make sure you keep it! I found a letter from my husband from 13 years ago before we had even met in person that makes me smile and cry at the same time.
