My dad got admitted to the hospital several days ago, and in those days where you don’t really know what’s going to happen, Aurora’s music lifted my spirit and filled me with positive thoughts. She’s truly magic. Hope maybe I could see her live one day and thank her in person.

I just realized that Aurora must be at some level of Nirvana. She has reached her final reincarnation and it is such a rare thing to see in a lifetime that when we see Aurora, we stop everything. We listen, we cry, we feel emotions that we didn’t know we had, and we can’t look away.

dont strict yourself, giving yourself a invicible force to stop you too move forward, sometimes you only need is to get to the next day, at least you can get better at a time than before, and one day you will do your work again, your real work, we have been through this together, see the world, see how big it is, and see how small you are, and how small your problem might be as well, no pressure, go on. - this video summarise

a-lot of times, i blame myself for mistakes to much, i let myself get best up with hurtful words and not say anything back, if people want me to be perfect and pure then i'll try to but to do hat, i force myself to step out of my persona, i hate myself because of people that say i'm uh non-human or basicly that i shouldn't exist, so i let me get controlled by my friends, thats really what i hate about myself, *sorry i just needed to get stuff out lol, sorry for the late reply sense im replying to a comment thats 5 months old so mb*

Thank you! I do feel better. 🙏🌼 I have been having a lot of worries today but this message from Aurora saying just existing and surviving the day is enough actually helped me be strong today and to feel contented. I agree we do put a lot of pressure and sometimes unkindness to ourselves, but what we need is to listen to our needs atm. If just surviving the day is all you can do, then do that. It's okay. You're going to be okay. Things will be better.

A disciple asked his master the best way to learn to meditate. The master told him to go to the forest, find a beautiful tree to sit under and run the practice of meditation every day for 6 months. The disciple found that the peace and tranquillity of the forest allowed him to focus on his breath and to free his mind. After 6 months, the disciple felt renewed and refreshed and ready to report his progress to his master. Upon his return, the master asked how the experience was, and the disciple replied about all the wonders. The disciple then asked, "What should I do next?" The master replied that he should continue to meditate, but this time to find a deep, dark, cold cave to do so in. The disciple was eager to try out his newfound mediation skills in the cave and so he found a spot to sit and began to meditate. He promptly left after less than a day, and returned to his master. "Why have you returned so soon?" the master asked. The disciple replied that the bugs of the cave began to crawl all over him and bite him, and the sounds deeper in the cave began to scare him as the floor slithered with snakes. "I could not be still long enough to even begin meditating. Why did you have me go to the cave master?" The master replied, "It is easy to meditate in comfort, surrounded by the things you love. To truly become enlightened, one must be able to control their fear and the body's reaction to it." I ask this, how enlightened can someone be when they have everything they need? Has Aurora ever suffered or been without? Could she?
