Put an end to sanctuary cities, and start with Chicago. Social service agencies providing free rents, etc., for illegals should be charged with aiding and abetting if it can be shown that public/governmental monies were used. I will be making this recommendation to the Trump administration.

Their rights are to leave on their own and apply to come back legally, or wait to be physically deported and face denial of reentry for the maximum length of time required by law. Personally, I think they should be given a bill for every taxpayer funded dollar they collected while living here as criminals by their own choice and told even legal reentry is not an option until it's repsud in full. Once you start handing out bills, holding them respons, and you say no more free ride, they'll start leaving on their own.

@marthamack1544 I agree with you, but that's why we have immigration processes and limits on entry which result in waiting lists. Once they leave and apply for legal entry, they'd have to go through the process the same as anyone else, not go home and come right back.

@marthamack1544 You're not understanding my comment. If they leave and apply yo come back legally it wouldn't be UNLIMITED people coming through. We have checks and balances in place to prevent that such as requiring a family sponsor to keep them off the welfare system, employer sponsorships that have a guaranteed job and income for the duration of the Visa. There are people in other countries who have been on the waiting list to come here legally for 10 years. Applying to cone legally would mean they'd go to the bottom of that list, have to pass the background check as well as prove societal contribution and self sustainability meaning 99% of them would never be approved to come back legally. The good thing is that they know this and many will wait and hope they can hide from deportation, but when they're caught and sent back by court order they are banned from applying for legal entry for a number of years, and if they're known to have entered illegally multiple times it could result in a lifetime ban. Simply enforcing our existing laws will go a long way to stoping the unlimited flow of illegals coming in, but removing the ones already here (or them self deporting) is the second part of that equation.
