Reading your books currently. They are really helping me ....and so beautifully written! Thank you. Omg I just let go of my sense of "self" and there was this great spaciousness. Thanks to your book. You have such a lovely way of describing these states that help nudge us to where we are trying to get to. Its so lovely!

I find the expression, slowness, pauses of Adyas voice to be the more important part of the pointing to the empty awareness, than the words. It settles me into my true self. I feel more peace.

“We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time. Through the unknown, remembered gate When the last of earth left to discover Is that which was the beginning; At the source of the longest river The voice of the hidden waterfall And the children in the apple-tree Not known, because not looked for But heard, half-heard, in the stillness Between two waves of the sea. -T.S. Eliot,” This is the stillness he speaks of, I believe.

People often say Simon why don't you go out there and do something. I say to them you go out there and when you find out wherever there is bring it to me to see. They just give you the look. They think that voice in their head is who they are when it's mind's imaginations

Maybe I need to seek refuge in meditation on a everyday basis to escape the demanding demands of life 🦌☔ Could I gain some emotional shelter any time during the day from meditating say,at noon? ✴️ I need to find a way to come to myself for love and understanding. I feel so vulnerable and misunderstood, that I get afraid. I missed you.🦌💕 Grace 💕🦋

"My own heart let me more have mercy on". I dont remember where I first heard or read those words, but it's a home to come back to when I get lost. Listening to Adya brought me back to them too. Thankyou! Adya...

Remembering now that it was the British poet, Gerard Manley Hopkins, who said this: "My own heart let me more have mercy on". He played a lot with syntax, but somehow said what feels true. He also said. "The mind...oh the mind has mountains, cliffs of fall, frightful sheer, no man-fathomed.: Hold them cheap may who ne're hung there."
