Maybe I need to seek refuge in meditation on a everyday basis to escape the demanding demands of life 🦌☔ Could I gain some emotional shelter any time during the day from meditating say,at noon? ✴️ I need to find a way to come to myself for love and understanding. Remembering now that it was the British poet, Gerard Manley Hopkins, who said this: "My own heart let me more have mercy on". He played a lot with syntax, but somehow said what feels true. He also said. "The mind...oh the mind has mountains, cliffs of fall, frightful sheer, no man-fathomed.: Hold them cheap may who ne're hung there."
