@@jesssmoubas9678 at 17:21 it looks like he tried to put his hand in between the female in the blue and the officer (if you go to around 17:20 you'll see his arm extended around the female, then the officer pushes him, then the female in red walks away), which lead to the officer attempting to push him out of the way so they could detain the female in blue. It could have been that when he put his arm in between the officer and the female in the blue it could have touched the officer (which is automatically assault on law enforcement) or in attempt to keep the officer away from the female in blue (obstruction). It sort of looks like the officer escalated it but if the male in black just backed up and stood at a distance it wouldn't have happened. It also didn't help how he was actively resisting while on the ground. I am not law enforcement but that's my take on it
