I don’t think her size is the problem ... it’s her timid voice that makes her seem like an easy target . On top of her being so soft spoken her body posture looks too relaxed and unsure at times . She needs talk walk with more confidence and speak with more authority in her voice . I wish her much success and safety in her career . Much respect for her getting into that line of work . This Young Lady is a LION and is Fearless, however, that in and of itself does not end the situation. The "Animals" inside the prison have no care about murdering someone. This officers size IS an issue. Her size alone is a challenge to the inmates. It will be seen as a "We can send in anyone to guard you" I DO NOT underestimate "her abilities" but it is a FACT that the inmates WILL. And for that FACT alone she should NOT be there PERIOD.

I mean most of those working are on low wage, not only is that an incentive by itself what it also means is that the type of people who apply for the job are from poor backgrounds which tends to go hand in hand with criminal activity.
