So Ariel's coworker undermined her authority by getting the chemicals after she said no. They all need to be on the same page enforcing he same policies.
@Tacos2332
@Tacos2332 5 жыл бұрын
It wasn’t about the authority, with that kind of job you have to pick and choose your battles. Arguing with them over chemicals and making them mad could end up with you getting stabbed or worse because you chose to fight over something as little as that. He wasn’t undermining her authority, he stated it can literally end up with you getting assaulted because they retaliate. Wasn’t something to really fight the inmate over.

So your saying that a prisoner that's been in there most all his life who knows the drill and regulations is wrong for correcting her? There's no nothing wrong with her realizing that she was wrong due to lack of knowledge maybe instead of her trying to prove herself and being bitchy to him would she have just educated herself a little more about the policies and regulations being argumentative and rude isn't going to earn one any respect it does the opposite especially in this line of work.

@@arelicruz7530 No, the prisoners do not have to follow the guards rules. The prisoners have to follow the rules set in policy by the state and prison itself. Not some made up rules by a rookie. She went in thinking "im gonna put the prisioners into their place" when in reality she got put into her place. So she quit. Serves her right for being self righteous.🤷‍♀️🖕

It's good she left that job. Who wants to spend their entire life in jail for $20/hr? Plus dealing with aggravating a×s inmates all day.... soo not worth it!

There is a fine line between following the rules they were given in training and bending a little to play nice. You have to give some respect to get it from these grown men who have seen it all.

What did they expect... as a woman we have to know our limits... she obviously wasn’t going to make it. No matter how bad a$$ you think you are an angry man will always have advantages because of his physical strength. Just watch out ladies, it’s ok for a guy to be strong for you, just let him over power you negatively.

The first ever use of force can be an eye opener for everyone. For some people, it means no, I’m done, and I’m not putting myself through this anymore. It’s a personal choice and I can respect it. Corrections and law enforcement isn’t for everyone and that is ok.
