I don't know if this counts as her using Rampage Dress but in Silent Party arc (aka everyone's favorite arc), joke aside, she did manipulate her bio electricity just to be able to move around after Nunotaba Shinobu was forced to paralyze her. I don't think it counts cause she's not exceeding her normal physical attributes but kinda worth mentioning. I thought it was really really impressive.

Recommend watching Season 2 and 3 of Railgun, that's when the series gets really good and is the best in terms of the anime. The Index light novels and the Railgun manga is what made the franchise my fav of all time.

I think watching season 1 is still important even if it's not that good. The LevelUpper arc which is the first half of the season isn't great but it's good. The second half is not as good but helps with context at the beginning of season 2.

Nah, she needed Shokuhou and the AAA to do that so help from another level 5 and tech which uses Aleister's magic. Accelerator's strike was also brute force, while the liquid proof railgun was like drill that endlessly accelerates so the two are very different.

AAA was not given to Misaka, She just keep it because AAA and her esper power is drawn to each other. Aleister the owner of AAA decided to kill Misaka because her having AAA is already considered her as a threat to him.

Her ability to detect metals and such like a radar so she could see in a semi 360 plain and many more it amazing how 1 ability can be used in so many different ways

Misaka only loses to Touma due to her still not freaking knowing how the f*ck IB works . The fact is that she can stillshoot five railguns in the same time , good luck Touma trying to didge or tank that . She can lift buildings and throw them at Touma and turn oxygen into ozone to cause him to suffocate , she can hack military helicopters to attack him if she’d like . Mikoto culd have won back in Railgun 1 if she grabbed anything that wasn't IB . I know I sound like some Railgun nerd but I litteraly am at GT 1 and let me say this . Touma ain't strong , not by a long shot , his ability is a niche one which only helps because the man knows how to use it(bar what's beyond IB which should not come out if she doesn't blow his arm away) , like using Accel’s wings against him , if Accel actually didn't use wings then Touma would have died . You've got people like Tsuchimikado who he states he can't beat in a normal martial arts fight and how the plot always goes first to whatever the hell is in the right hand whenever something we seriously can't do sh*t to comes out . F*cking hell is everyone just s*cking up to Touma for no reason , like I get it , the man is cool but I don't know about him being the MC , I genuinely struggle whenever Touma is fighting because all he can do is punch someone so we end up just rushing at the enemy and hope for the best

Touma's precognition is really incredible which makes him can dodge Othinus' gungnir at the godly speed and even in the battle against Accel in Rusia, Accel knew and fears about Touma because of that. While experience is simply because Touma had so many death-life battle in the past and he had such a traumatic childhood life, even Touma was feared when he was in Junior high School because of how deadly he was in the street-fight which before meeting Index. Also you know the secret of Touma's right hand in the end of NT making Misaka scared lol Misaka doesn't have all of that, she has power but 0 experience in the life-death battle and all of her opponents are mostly below her (only Accel, Mugino and Kimi are not), if SHE CAN LEAVE THAT SPOILED, NAIVE AND RICH SCHOOLS CALLED TOKIWADAI WITH MISAKI AND GAIN MORE EXPERIENCE ON THE SAME BATTLEFIELD LIKE TOUMA THEN YOU CAN TALK ABOUT THAT AGAIN LOL

Electro + Spiderman + Magneto. Her magnetism is no joke. IMO one of Mikoto's most underrated feats was her simultaneously holding up 4+ twenty-story buildings while keeping their internal structure + occupants intact, and launching a counterattack (from NT 13). The EM force and precision required for that is quite something. It's a shame Kamachi doesn't know how to properly utilize her character in a long term sense. Unless of course he does something big with her in GT... Or the Railgun manga gets out of this rotten forcemeat of an arc and catches up to NT. Both seem doubtful at the moment, unfortunately.

I'm surprised she hasn't delved into tinkering with positrons. Surely anti-matter version of Electrons would be under her control too? Curious what destruction could be caused if she managed to figure out positron generation. Maybe she can't generate new positrons but control existing positrons. As for the short time she spent transforming into level 6, I'm sure one of her forms would have eventually gotten the power to strip electrons from materials entirely ripping apart their molecular bonds and dissolving them to a gas like state. With an field strong enough to match magnetars which are electromagnetically active neutron stars she would have quickly been strong enough to overpower the Earth's magnetic field, strip solid materials of their electrons regardless of their prior being able to react to such fields which normally are limited to metals and thus cause interactions with objects not normally reactive to electromagnetic fields. They say if you anywhere near a magnetar, it's fields would be strong enough to rip your body apart. I've read if one manages to generate powerful enough electron fields one could unite the electromagnetic and weak forces together so even funkier things could have started happening the closer she got. I think her reaching lvl 6 in the way she did could have ended the world easily. Academy City would have been vaporized with the Earth quickly following.

Well, she still one of the weakest girl touma ever met. Especially in NT & GT. Every girls touma encounter(in NT & GT), at least capable to wipe out a city in minutes. 🧐

I don't mind that at least she still the most popular character means her character still gain more new fans and can profit the whole franchise. Who needs strong characters if they don't have impact to the live audience. LN give so much new OP characters but always failed to maximize their character development I do also like the magic side but I think Kazuma Kamachi didn't give justice to their character he focus more on Over Power character in Magic Side meanwhile I think he have pretty decent job on creating Science Side characters even if they are weaker than Magic Side usually they have bigger fanbase compare to magic side. One example is that almost all level 5 espers already have spin-off manga unlike magic side characters. I know main series is more focus on magic side but everyone knows that science side characters are more popular. Top 10 most popular characters in entire series usually dominates by science side like Misaka Accelerator,Gunha, Misaki etc. Thor, Kanzaki and Othinus are the only magic side that I like so far

Did you mention Misaka's shield?, excuse me if you did btw Like when Frenda used ceramic shrapnel to kill Misaka on Railgun S but she dismissed it even tough it wasn't metal Anyway, great video, I had forgotten about Misaka's vapor wings (which I don't fully believe) I always said Misaka's power doesn't come from "ohh 1 billion is a lot of zeros" but from being able to "see electrons" and apply electricity to hack electronics (and arguably the most important application on the whole series, radio noise, which objectively is not a big deal, we've have radio waves for years, but using electricity to make a network of "same brain, same mind" clones?, I even understand the motivation of every scientist involved on the Sisters project to make such a huge scientific advance)

If you watch Railgun then you hear "Mikoto" pronounced all the time.. I mean, nobody demands or expects a perfect pronunciation, but is it *really* necessary to always use English dipthongs for simple vowels?
