Got the X-Pac version for the larger tech items in my suitcase, as opposed to the carry-on backpack items. It fits an old Monster Outlets to Go 3 USB power strip, foreign plug adapters, Anker USB-A charger, Anker USB-C charger, etc.

This seems like a super nice tech pouch that I would want. However my current tech pouch that I jsut got off of Amazon primarily carries all my charging cables. Would you recommend this pouch for cable management as well or is there a better pouch for this?

Why didn’t you compare it to the peak designs tech pouch? I think you reviewed it a couple of years ago

Good comparison! Very similar pouches, but I’d prefer this one due to being slightly less bulkier

Is the moleskin notebook size A5? Trying to find a good desk caddy or sling that can fit this. Also, which desk caddy is your favorite at the moment? CAP2, Vertex, Cable Kit 3, etc?
@Nomads.Nation7 ай бұрын
I don't think it can. CAP2 was my go-to but I got annoyed of how heavy/bulky it is so I switched back to the Bellroy Desk Caddy and I'm loving it. It cannot fit my A5 notebook either, so I downgraded to a B7 notebook and it's great - perfect fit for all my needs and much lighter and less bulky. CAP2 still amazing tho

What is it with you and pockets? As for me, I like to organize my gear. I appreciate having options. My advice is if you don't want all of the features, only use the extra pockets when needed. It certainly doesn't hurt to have options.

Great video! I’ve been going back and forth between this tech kit and my Evergoods CAP2.. love the materials and feel of this Aer pouch, but how can you beat the standing desk caddy effect of the CAP2?! Tough to beat that one when out and about with the mobile office EDC 😮

Hi Aaron. I love your channel. Could you describe your experience regarding peak design tech pouch in bone color? I see in the video that you have this in that big box. 😊 I am interested in how easily it can get dirty. Is it possible to clean it or not and will be dirty going forward? Thanks a lot.
@Nomads.Nation13 күн бұрын
thanks so much! to be honest I haven't given it much use outside the office, but we did test out a Peak Design backpack in the same color and it got scuffed/dirty very quickly. Not sure about how easy/hard it is to clean, might be best to double check with PD customer support on that one

I have an older Aer Tech pouch that I love a lot. I can not remember which one it is, I think it is the slim one. I also have the peak design one which I find way too big. This one might one might be a good one in the middle. The peak design has way too many pockets this one is between.

Too many pockets isn't really a thing unless they're origami style and you're forced to use them, I reckon... the CK3 doesn't seem to do that, looks like you could just not use them if you don't want to, but there's the option if you do. Full disclosure I'm about to get one of these to complement my TomToc tech pouch so I'm _definitely_ biased.😄😄

Too big , too many pockets it’s more convenient to use 2 smaller dedicated pouches . This why I ditched my peak design tech pouch : too many pockets and bulky And aer pullers are dangling

Both are great options but they are big and bulky. I just switched back to the Bellroy Desk Caddy and I love it BUT it can’t fit my A5 notebook so I leave that in the tech compartment in my bag. Then k switched to a B7 notebook for inside the desk caddy. Loving the setup
