Thank you for this! I wanted the Travel pack 2 X-Pac and waited forever to restock, but when they dropped the TP3, I was definitely curious abt the differences. Looks like all the new details are all pro’s except the shoe compartment change. I wish they would’ve kept that in the TP3. Cant wait for the drop on 3/31!

You're welcome! We're going to miss the shoe compartment as well but glad to have all of the other features. The new Travel Collection released today March 21, hope you can get your hands on the x-pac 😁 Amy

How many types of 33L back pack do AER has?
@chinosantosss2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the video! Now that you've had both, do you think it's worth the upgrade? I can get an aer travel pack 3 for $200 or the aer travel pack 2 for $100 used. Would love to know what you'd choose!

Both are great options in the end. Comparing the two overtime, I do think the quality of life improvements on the three were worth it for me at the time. But, it has been a minute and my own travel style has shifted a bit so I find myself using the aer 3's significantly less. Big Cotopaxi household now. If you're getting into the onebag scene, either one would be a good starter bag to figure out what works and doesn't work for you. The aer 2 was one of our first bags.

Worth an upgrade from the TP2? I just got the Travel Pack 2 not long ago
@teammcnguyen2 жыл бұрын
Definitely! The TP3 has many quality of life improvements, including load lifters, better organization, more grab handles, and they fixed the compression straps and buckles so they no longer interfere with unzipping the bag. Since you just got your TP2, you might want to reach out to Aer to see if you can trade bags or get a discount or something. Worth a shot 😁 Andrew

I think they dropped the shoe compartment located at the bottom.

where do I find the travel park 2 to buy
@teammcnguyen Жыл бұрын
Aloha! Aer doesn't sell the Travel Pack 2 anymore, but you might be able to find it on Ebay or Facebook or Reddit buy/sell/trade groups. Good luck! 🤙🏽

Any chance of mounting a tripod to this in anyway? Those magnetic buckles dont seem that secure
@teammcnguyen2 жыл бұрын
Good question! We're a little iffy on the magnetic buckles, especially after watching Packhacker's review. But we'll give it a shot with one of our tripods and let you know once our bag arrives. - Amy
