Question: how do you prevent the fabric from bundling too much and cutting into the muscles? Also, how do I prevent my hand from slipping on the fabric? I’m a beginner with aerial yoga so not proficient in working with the fabric😢. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi! Sorry for the delayed response - I'm sure you found a good answer already :) But my best tip to make the fabric most comfortable is to really shake it out before the sequence - making sure there are no folds - and then let the fabric fall naturally before bunching the fabric in your hands. This will help make the fabric feel a little more comfortable BUT you will have to build up a tolerance with the fabric feeling like it's "cutting" into your muscles. You'd be surprised but you'll barely notice the fabric after some time! Hand slipping might be working on your grip strength (it takes time!) - you can train your grip out of the hammock easily with a stress ball!
