hi! i wanted to know how did you get rid of the dizziness when doing backbends?

Hi Joy. It's probably different for everyone as I rarely experience dizziness when doing backbend. It doesn't seem usual to experience dizziness and I have heard good warm up, stay hydrated, and bending in a good pace will help. I also naturally invert a lot on aerial so maybe that also helps my tolerance. Hope this helps.
