Almost every ejection failure in an AR9 is the fault of the ejector. The EPC ejector design is difficult to adjust, but it can be done by using the "Trim and Pivot" method for vertical adjustment and the "Heat and Bend" method for horizontal adjustment. I have not live-fire tested it yet. Range time is extremely limited this time of year due to weather considerations.
