I managed to transform my body in six months. Been following this man for my lower body workouts. I also do other upper body workouts to make it smaller. Now I have a smaller upper body and bigger lower body. Remember lower body workouts should not be done daily if you want to see quick results. The muscles need to heal and repair after each workout. This way they grow faster. So I do it after every two days. As for the upper body,I do it daily including controlled breathing for a flat tummy.
