❤❤❤ My surgeon loves your videos since I showed him. He replaced my knee in July. So much pain to recover. Bending is what they want. So when I showed him this he says what is that channel ? He has showed lots of patients this . He encourages me to do this to bend those knees especially the new one. Yessss thanking you from United States it helps recover my glutes better than the therapy.

It's a celebration song, when we celebrate in Africa we ululate, and in SA we accompany ululating with 'halala'' to congratulate, or express pride in whatever is being celebrated. So ''Masimbongiseni' simply means "'let's give thanks/celebrate with him/her""... ..I hope that helps
