Always fascinating to see what you are growing. I like your idea for starting some seeds outside of your Aerogarden, and then move those to sponge pods. Also, enjoy the excitement hearing the voice of your young helper.

So exciting experiment...I really liked..I bought an aerogarden 3 days ago...and planted 🥬+ spinach.Hope it will germinate quickly...

I enjoyed the video. I grow stuff indoors too but I still use soil and don’t plan to change that but this was still very informative to watch especially during the sprouting process. I’m going to start some indoors this year and transplant outside when the weather is better.

Your daughter reminds me of mine when she was young. Once the raspberry plants were full, she was there.

Nice channel. This system seems to be suitable, for growing French dwarf beans as well.
@aerogardenexperiments Жыл бұрын
It will surely work for dwarf beans.

Thanks for making the video, would you please tell me how tall the plants were at the end and how high the light was from the top of the plants
@aerogardenexperiments Жыл бұрын
Plants reached to 1.5 feet high. I kept the lights were about 2 inches above the plants.

What are the little black plastic covers with the slits you used? Do you know where to find them?
@aerogardenexperiments Жыл бұрын
They are called Galaxy Pod covers and I found them on Etsy a long time ago. They are practically useless. Luckily, they discontinued this product. Don't buy these covers if you still see them anywhere.

I love edamame! How long will the plant last in the Aerogarden?
@aerogardenexperiments Жыл бұрын
It lasted 75 days. Here is the update kzbin.info/www/bejne/eIurpqelm6-HgM0

I wonder why your coco coir is really dark. In my country, its reddish brown. I thought i was the only one who has slim rate of germinating edamame 😅 it was long ago that i tried this. I've recently read that there are a few methods to increase germination rate. I forgot the term. One of them is soaking in warm water. Using KNO3 might help too. I've got another pack of seeds. Seeing this video, im motivated to try again!

What kind of oil did you say you’re using as a soil substitute there? I couldn’t understand you Thanks
@aerogardenexperiments28 күн бұрын
It is Coco Coir. It comes as small bricks. You can cut a small piece from the brick and add some water. Then, it separates and become nice soil substitute which is good for seed germination. Here is the link for your quick reference amzn.to/3ZZoBsL

Do you change the number of hours the light is on for fruiting?
@aerogardenexperiments2 жыл бұрын
No, I don't change it. For fruits, I just pick tomato garden and stick to it.

Hi, I am so sorry I missed this comment. All we need is a dwarf and bush variety to grow in hydroponics. Here is the one I have grown and worked out very well: bit.ly/4a4FKGi

No, I was about to order it when they had the coupon but I missed it. Now I feel like they are pricey. Waiting for another coupon now. 🙂 It looks very interesting especially for cucumbers.
