TB upper lobe fibrosis, middle lobe bronchiectasis 1. Prop Up 2. Oxygen inhalation @ 2-4 litre/min 3. Nebulization with salbutamol and beclomethasone (monitor K) 4. Nebulization with ipratropium 5. Inj hydrocortisone 100mg IV stat 6. Inj ceftriaxone 1 g IV stat 7. ABGs if resp acidosis apply Bipap asap 8. Mucolytic NAC nebs Pseudomonas in bronchiectasis 2 antipseudomonals at least Tanzo + leflox Sputim for GS, AFB, Fungal Discharge on antibiotics Azithromycin 250mg on alternate days (Basically as antiinflammatory drugs) 1. Vaccination (nfluvac annual & Pervinar 5yrsly) 2. High protein diet 3. Ltot 2litres for 16 hrs, to prevent PAH
