Actually liver disease is mostly silent .so it is important to get it checked periodically.but u can have jaundice ,pain over liver,weakness ,loss of appetite,hair loss,gynaecomastia,breast atrophy in female, clubbing, testicular atrophy

International normalized ratio - test shows the blood clotting time ...why this associated with LFT ...? Because our liver produces majority of coagulation proteins which is need in blood clotting cascade.when there is severe liver injury this leads to reduction of liver synthesis of clotting factors and increase or prolonged PT (prothrombin time) and INR.
