on the front of this video i feel i can relate. talking to people about the same general topics can be draining as its always the same and as you suppress your desire to call people out on their claims or stories you end up feeling drained. after spending a day or two of heavy social interaction you just want to go inside for a day and do nothing but watch videos or play games alone. that said i feel like this video revolves far more around serious self worth issues and for what ever reason, needing to be accepted by everyone. taking a step back and learning that you need to decide if you want to accept others into your life instead of will they accept me into theirs - you reach a healthier level of living.

She's a cutie. Real talk: I've been through this many many years and especially highschool. What helps me with this problem is distraction or putting my ideas and thoughts on something else. Like playing video games, listening to music, or watching movies I put my focus on the person I am talking to during my conversations. I want to learn about them, ask them what they like, what they think, and I am pretty much moving away from my self afflictions and thoughts.

Also if someone is insecure it's probably better for them to fake confidence, than to project their insercuirities to the outside world, actual confidence may not be an easy thing to attain. That saying "Fake it, till you make it" can also be applied here.
