Digestive problems are not only painful but are unpredictable and disrupt your plans. If your gut feels off I invite you to try these affirmations for digestive health to soothe your belly and put you back in control.
This will be a helpful video if you struggle with a nervous stomach, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease or ulcerative colitis.
Because when your gut feels off, your entire body and mind feels off balance too. By using affirmations you can teach your brain to look for signs of hope. And you can remind yourself to be patient with your body as it continues to heal.
Your brain makes new connections through learning, every single day. And the cells within your gut lining regenerate quickly, within 2-4 weeks. It is for this reason, that affirmations for gut health can work well. Knowing that you can change the connections between the brain and your gut quickly and change your wellbeing for the better.
When you return to an affirmation, you’re slowly strengthening this new connection. This takes deliberate practice.
So later today, try to recall some of these affirmations. Then come back to the meditation another day and try the same process. Every time you try to retrieve this information, it changes your brain, and these affirmations will become more accessible than the automatic negative thoughts.

When we trust ourselves, we can trust others to assist us and we must learn to receive and Release Control. An energy healer can help you release blockages, sound healing on KZbin is everywhere... And I suggest you get massages at least every 3 weeks, there's massage schools that are affordable.. take a luxurious bath, use essential oils to calm the stomach and the mind. Make sure you exercise and put your own body first. Love yourself first always you have to take time everyday to spoil yourself or you cannot give to another

For someone who has been struggling with gut problems since 2 years, this made me feel much better. I'm currently experiencing major discomfort as I type this, but able to control it slightly better by listening to you and trusting my body. Thank you so much. On a side note, can you do a meditation for people with chronic health conditions / disabilities? I'd love it if you could maybe give it a thought.

You may want to check out Louise Hay because any physical conditions are a direct reflection of Disconnect from source and our true selves. Something chronic indicate emotions that need to be accepted, love, acknowledged, forgiving, and released. always has to do with our relationship with our parents, what we need to accept, that we are not willing to accept. Will cause blockages, energy and sound healing works wonders, mantras, meditations, binaural beats. When we release any need to please or care what others think, and do what brings us joy,... First... watch the magic happen. Each person must do their own healing, we cannot do it for them. We cannot over give to another either, we should be over giving to ourselves and receiving equally

I'm not normally one for affirmations (probably because I've seen so many shared by people using them to passive aggressively send a message to someone on social media!), but some of these resonated deeply. They've (you!) created a new perspective on how I see myself, reminding me that my view of myself and my health has become so negatively affected by a year of horrible circumstances. It also doesn't help that when I told my acupuncturist recently that things feel ok at the moment, I'm actually getting some peace, she said "Oh, it won't last! Sorry to tell you that but it won't!" Funny, I felt worse after the next two sessions. I think I'll stick with the positive messages instead. Thank you for this ❤

As a high student, this is something necessary for me while i’m currently going through emotional distress. I’ve been having excessive gas everyday and that leads to students bullying me or keeping their distances. However, im grateful that I have people by my side who are willing to show dignity.

Yes, that's a great idea, will definitely do more of the gut health meditations. Just a quick question ... do you prefer the shorter length (10-20 minutes) or the longer length (30 minutes or more)?

@@GenerationCalm I prefer the 10-20 minute meditations. I have radiation enteritis, 3 prior surgeries to reverse bowel obstructions, a new stricture in the small intestine and SIBO-C. I need all the help I can get and I find your voice so calming! Maybe a SIBO meditation?

I know you have a reflux meditation but could you do a body scan gut affirmation for kids going into their tween high school years it would be so helpfull😊 for someone that has been suffering with acid reflux since twelve months of age and am now ten and depressed also greefing over my cat😢 my reflux has gotten worse and I’ve been writing poetry and songs about it pls help me🧶 people at school judge me cause I knit and sew 🪡 😢

You're right, I tend to go for affirmations that help an area of life someone with gut issues might struggle with. So that means I don't mention the gut at all.
