I absolutely love you. You have no idea how much you’ve helped me feel relaxed in my most troubled times. I struggle with my gut and stomach when anxious. I have anxiety about eating and my health and so these really really help. You make me feel accepted. I feel like your actually talking to me and telling me to calm down. I cried during your meditation because I felt noticed and like someone was here supporting me💗

I hate how anxiety impacts the stomach/gi system. I wish instead of stomach issues, we could have like an itchy elbow instead or something😂.Meditations like this do help tho!

The affirmations were so helpful. "Let go of your fears, worries and doubts. You are deserving of good health." almost made me tear up. It's a real struggle living with a chronic gut condition. Thank you for this!

👋 hey Claire!! As you practice noticing what your body is doing it will become easier. We've all got certain postures we habitually make when stressed, like hunching our shoulders up or tensing the jaw or stomach. By slowing things down and merely noticing what your signs are, I think it will become easier. You got this!

I used to meditate at least once daily for over a year and I fell off of the habit in quarantine and I’m experiencing stomach pains so I turned to this and it made unexpectedly very emotional by the end I’m very relaxed now and grateful for the existence of this content thank you

That was amazing! Thank you. I can't tell you how much I needed this. My mind seems to think that my body is allergic to foods and I look anorexic and working hard to reverse the fear and anxiety over it. I will be listening to this regularly. 💜

every yr that goes by i have to remove more foods not sure if its really sensitivities or if its just because am so anxious a lot of the time . am doing qi gong daily and listening to meditations also seems to be helping

I feel you truly get how impacting gastro issues can be on one’s quality of life. For those of us who have tried everything to heal our symptoms(constipation /diarreah) with little permanent successes, meditations like yours are so calming supportive, and healing Thank you🙏🏻

Just found this a few days ago. Have dealt with IBS off and on over decades. Last bout was when Pandemic hit in March 2020. Major life changes going on now, and this meditation is really helping ease sy.ptoms.

Out of the blue I had constipation. Seem to be going regular now but have since developed upset stomach and feeling like I have loose stool sitting at the base of my bottom. Sometimes it changes and feels like pressure or straining. Anyway had this for 3weeks now with no sign of getting better. Wish I knew what it was and how to fix it but one thing that does help me is the meditation so thank you so much for making this video

My emotional state or anxiety has always manifested within my stomach with cramps, bloating etc. Can be very frightening at times, this medication will definitely help ❤️

@@tinamiles9328 I’ve be doing hypnosis therapy sessions for a year now. This has been a game changer for me. From about February 2022, I haven’t had any anxiety stomach problems. I believe the root of my issues, was in a very subconscious level. This has been addressed in my sessions. I’d highly recommend looking into hypnosis if you haven’t already. Hope you get some relief soon ❤️

@@NevasoftHQ leaving the house is extremely hard for me ,am trying to get my stomach anxiety under control , so i can get to see a homeopath this year have a long consultation and start a treatment ,iv just got to get there ,thats my main problem

@@tinamiles9328 You will get through this, you need to believe in you abilities. I was at rock bottom, and to be honest, I’d tried everything else therapy wise. The reason I tried hypnosis, was something the “Anxiety Guy” (Dennis Simsek) said about “hypnosis can’t unlock the door to your subconscious”. Briefly, I’ve had anxiety issues for over 25 years, and I have to say, as of now I’m pretty much free of any symptoms.

I hope you make more stomach/gut meditations. They are a life saver. You have a powerful gift with your voice. It is so soothing, relaxing, comforting and healing. When I was little and sick with the flu, I used to literally beg my mother that I wanted her to talk to me in a soothing voice and to not leave the room, so I could start to feel better. So your voice reminds me of those instances, only I don't have to beg someone to comfort me when I'm suffering from suspected gastritis flare ups. I just put on your meditations and start feeling better. So you're helping a lot of people and yours are the first I go to, when I'm in pain. I hope you continue to make more or you do self hypnosis type of things. Loving your content! I bet your voice could put me into a relaxing trance. Suggestions on meditations: more stomach healing, trauma or emotional healing, calming stress and anxiety, spirituality/higher self, finding your lives purpose, falling into a deep sleep, meditations on each one of the chakras, a meditation to get into a deep trance of remain. I have many more ideas, but I think this is long enough. Thank you and please keep doing what you do! Your channel is under-rated. More people definitely need to view! 💜 (Also, the longer the meditation is, the better. This one is too short. Some don't like music added, but I've been doing a lot of meditations, and I say nice calming music makes it easier to zone out and relax)

Thank you so much Clare, your videos provide much needed support and guidance. Do you know if your mood can be affected prior to the onset of an upset tummy? I woke up in a very unpleasant mood, but felt physically fine. Then later in the day my stomach was not happy. It was almost as if my mood was expressing in the morning how my stomach felt later. That's a great, thought-provoking question. And I'll be mulling it over in my head for a while. Because it's proven that moods can affect our physical health like digestion. But could it be that the wisdom of our body already senses what's coming up for us? My scientific psychologist mind says that couldn't be possible. But my other mystical, female, mother earth-loving mind says of course!

That's a great question. As far as I know, stress and anxiety only has a temporary effect on disrupting the digestive system. It shouldn't have long-lasting effects. So once you improve your anxiety ... digestion should also start to improve.

So glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes mindfulness type meditations can make health anxiety feel worse because you focus on bodily sensations which, although everyone has, someone with health anxiety might become too preoccupied with them. So I would recommend a basic progressive muscle relaxation (I have one here kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZzKZH2ZiNaMna8). Secondly, visualization or guided imagery meditations would be good too. Here's one I have kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3yypYOreLdlnbM, but I would highly recommend The Honest Guys channel for guided imagery meditations. Hope this helps!

Yes, relaxing with this meditation will help to regulate your digestion. But I would also add an affirmation to it such as ' I relax and allow life to flow through me with ease' or something similar that feels more natural to say to yourself.
