Great portrait and info of this brew. Thanks. I am sipping my first ever of the World Wide Stout family. This tastes delicious. Not my thing but definitely fun to experience. 15% is a beast of an ABV. The 4pk was pricey. $34 at a local ShopRite Liquor shop by me in NJ. Complaints and reservations aside, I am enjoying this. It's a wonderful after dinner, on a cold night, imbibe. Cheers! Have a terrific Thanksgiving Holiday.

You hit the nail on the head, buddy! Such a sipping beer to savor and enjoy. Definitely not something I'd regularly drink, but it's cool to try, and boy is it tasty! Yeah, cool....i will grab a bottle and let it sit for a year and a half. I had planned on picking it up, but have not got around to it. Higher Math at a year and a half was the greatest beer ever. Fresh, it was a nightmare.

Yeah, aging this for a bit is probably the play, but I do worry if the sweetness becomes a bit much as that hop character (and bitterness) dies out. A lot of WWS variants don't have adjuncts, and this has coffee, so it's always worrisome aging beer with adjuncts like that. Cheers!

I have never had affogato, the dessert, that sounds amazing! I think I have only had the World Wide Stout and had it once. $10 a bottle is a good price. I don't see much from Dogfish head. I would love to try it!

As well as you know we don't get dogfish head beers around here or even Santa rosa which is 125 miles away. I just bought a 6 pack of willettized for $20 such a great beer for the price. It's 50° partly cloudy ⛅️ cheers 🍻

Yeah, it's wild DFH doesn't distribute to your area, but I do know they didn't get far west to begin with, and they pulled back distribution in recent years, IIRC. At least you found some Willettized, Billy! Sounds like a nice day, and actually warmer than it is here. Cheers, buddy!
