@@drmatthewhorkey Hi Dr. Horkey, right now I'm just trying to find anything from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, both red and whites, learning about all of the different sub-appellations (St. Chinian, Picpoul de Pinet, Faugères, etc.). Saint Chinian, Faugeres, and Terrasses du Larzac are fantastic. I like Montepeyroux too. Fabien would agree!!
