Rimrock will grow. Its going to be getting an upscale new shopping center. Now's the time to invest there. I live in Page Springs (Cornville) and bought land here almost 3 years ago. Now land has almost doubled in price here. And BTW I do have beautiful panoramic views from here and can see the red rocks of Sedona.

Thanks for the info Jeff. I haven’t looked at Rim Rock area yet. I’m headed that way in a couple of weeks so I sure will check the areas that you suggested. I started watching this video and started thinking that sounds like the question that I ask about cities around Sedona. Then you said my name and I jumped. Thank You.

When scouting or coming out to close on a home in the area I highly recommend using VRBO in Sedona/Village Of Oakcreek or even Cottonwood
@pamross49944 жыл бұрын
I got a hell of a deal in Cottonwood. Jan 2012, I got a .gov house. Built in 1994 , two bath 1,300 sq ft. Next to the airport, view of red rocks. Real stucco. Big back yard. Needed about 20 thousand new things, got it for 77,400. I was watching the market. I Think we will have another home price drop in the future. So just hold on, or get out of your high price thing now.

@pamross49943 жыл бұрын
@@kevincole2041 I rented my first two years, it gave me a good idea of what I wanted. Come on out rent get a idea of what you want, prices are way to high now but that will change. Cottonwood is close to a lot but if you want big stores you have to drive 50 miles to Prescott. People that live in Sedona Hate the traffic.

Hi Jeff, I'm really appreciating the specificity in your videos. Do you or anyone know if you buy land in these areas (sedona, cottonwood, cornville) will the municipality allow temporary residential structures like tiny houses, domes and the like? Any info or resources that provide this info would be so appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the work man! I just recently decided in a couple years I will be moving out west to start a new life. I am from Wisconsin and I love the job I have now but the long cold winters here and the hot humid summers are killing me. I plan on trying to find freelance online programming/engineering jobs I will be working alongside my current job to gain a repertoire then when the time is right I'm forming a migrant convoy with my friends to live out there. In my opinion it is the best state to move to in the Union. I am planning on living around the exact area shown in the video.

I have a question. I'm someone looking to rent for a while and would love to try out the Phoenix area or in Tuscon, what are some areas around there that have good amenities nearby and reasonable rent prices? I traveled through and stayed overnight in Chandler traveling to California and really enjoyed that particular area too. If more areas like that are affordable I'd totally want to live there.

Building housing and building up Sedona has destroyed Sedona as we knew it. I remember Sedona when there was nothing there: no buildings, no malls. It was beautiful. It was magical. Now it has become a typical tourist spot with outrageous prices with inhabitants who bring their own political views from the midwest - leave them in the midwest. Rather embrace Sedona and Arizona as it was/is and it's original inhabitants; after all that is why you want to move there. And, do not build pools, Arizona is dry and pools bring humidity and change the environment and after all that is why you want to move there - it is dry.

To anyone watching this in 2021, this is old and not valid. You would never want to live in Rimrock, known locally as being unsafe and high crime. I live in Sedona, haven't seen anything under $400k in over a year.
