One problem a lot of retirees face is parking their savings in low-return investments or just relying on Social Security. I’ve seen people run out of money within 10-15 years. It’s critical to focus on diversifying your portfolio, even if you're nearing retirement

The concept of mini-retirement changed my life. I'm no longer waiting for some retirement paradise when I'm 65. It helps to know how to fund the lifestyle. You know, making money while you sip that piña colada by the beach does help. I wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise.

It teaches you to become an alcoholic because that's just about the only way you can cope with the place. He was the only person on his street that actually *lived* in his house.
