Im sure he is not the only 'immigrant' who has lied about his age and been sent to school and a foster home. They really need to do tests the moment people get here to check age against dentistry. They could have an AI trained to recognise dialect to evaluate truth of place of origin. This man should be extradited to Serbia so that he can face trial for his previous murders, and then have the punishments added together and be fully incarcerated for a proper life sentence. Anything less is a travesty for the poor families of those three men. It's not the only case I've heard of a person like this pretending to be a 'child' to up the allowances. It was shortly before the riots that the government had implied an amnesty for those 70,000 immigrants; they should be correctly called the Starmer Riots.
