On today's performance North don't look like a bottom team. Their midfield is elite and once they start winning games more regularly they will rise up the ladder. They are probably in a similar position to what Collingwood were a few years ago when they were 17th on the ladder and made that big jump the following years.

@@thetwogardens6048 Disagree with You on that. North Melbourne will be a cultural inner city hub in the coming years once the Arden Precinct is fully developed . All that will help a lot to become a destination club. I liked Eddie McGuire's suggestion that North should concentrate on expanding their supporter base in the Northern parts of Melbourne and Victoria after they ditch the Tasmanian project. I think North are a more destination club than St Kilda and the Bulldogs. St Kilda have only won 1 premiership in over 100 years of existing as a club. I wouldn't call them a very successful club for just the one flag. The Bulldogs have won 2 in around 100 years and while they are still a destination club now currently being a pretty good side,I don't think they will be a destination club when they start to go down the ladder at some point. North have won more flags than the Bulldogs and St Kilda combined and have a similar supporter base. With North having close to 50000 members including 8000 supporters in Perth who are paid up members . Likewise St Kilda and the Bulldogs have both around 50000 members as well.

As a pies fan I was thoroughly impressed by the Roos. Obviously I’m happy with the final result, but it’s nice to see the competitions isn’t as unevenly keeled as the ladder suggests. Please mop the floor with Melbourne next week 🙏🙏

I don't usually blame anyone for a loss but the umpires were quick enough to hand out a 50 metre penalty to for not giving the ball back which was fair enough to Collingwood but if you have ever seen a 50 metre penalty that a blind man could have called the to North in dying seconds of the game was outright bias not one player ran over the mark deliberately but two take your pick umpires l call for the sacking of the umpire that called play on he should be sacked
