At this period and time with the changing times, we need to have a modern Village Polytechnics that teach the current worldly technologies eg modern farming and food preservation, technological skills in building cars, aircraft, ships, submarines, space technologies and good housing etc

I disagree. The youth left undisciplined will always choose the easiest path because of convenience. The elders must set an example of what traditional values represent, and elevate those who will build upon that example. It’s okay to remove those who are toxic to traditional values.
