I am an American, who finds Africa precious and beautiful! The source of all life on earth! What a beautiful thing to be a native of such an amazing continent. I can see why you are proud of this land. I hope one day I can travel and be awestruck at its beauty. It is truly a pity that the world cannot recognize and appreciate how important Africa is to the world. I wish Americans and other countries would stop showing Africa as a poor or ugly place. Prayers and best wishes to MOTHER AFRICA!

I think it's wrong to say other countries. US media is such a powerful media and it always make documentaries about the misery and poverty of many countries, not only Africa. True documentaries, but they should also feature the beauty of those countries and Africa. Africa is beautiful no doubt, hopefully multinationals come to invest and help it develop.

I would live in many African countries like the Seychelles, Western cape of South Africa and many other developed and safe cities before setting foot in the US for example where my kids can get shot and killed simply going to school (uniquely American). In looking at how developed/livable a country is i often place great emphasis on the Peace index of the place.
@Kpop-eye-f7t3 жыл бұрын
@@johnperic6860 You are mistaken, the peace index does take into account how safe your country is. It considers domestic conflicts and insecurity not just what your military does abroad.
@Kpop-eye-f7t3 жыл бұрын
@@johnperic6860 The video is about how the media portrays the African continent differently from the west. There is a lot of homelessness in the West but that is never broadcast to the whole world and there are very many safe and livable cities in Africa but international media never show those preferring to only show bad poverty stricken areas. We are aware of how places like Southern USA say Kentucky have a lot of poverty, rural areas and low standards/levels of education. The data shows that all the developed nations with strict gun control are much much safer than the US, but in the US solving gun violence is political and so can never be solved. Australia and New Zealand enacted strong gun control and they are much safer than the US.

Dont. You better stay away. Hillary clinton started 2 civil wars in Africa, as secretary of state of the USA, one of which is still fighting, and south sudan and sudan are both fighting but we act like its just a civil war in south sudan. South Africa had parliament members publicly say that white farmers were coming there and they needed to get rid of white farmers (racist much?) about two years ago... so yeah, you should definitely not find africa heartwarming, and don't forget your malaria vaxx because they never got rid of that like they did in the USA

Sure there are some poverty in areas that are not developed, but not all over. I had the primitive view in my mind according to what was shown. Now I know much better. Africa is developed and there are rich people there who have made contribution to its progress. I'm in amazement. Very good.

I am a black man living in America . Those are some impressive still photos of Africa . However , even the lesser developed areas with huts and undeveloped roads - is still a blessing in disguise . No excessive pipes underground , contaminating underground rivers and water locations that people drink from . No underground contamination of existing plants power lines and obstructions allow for a more balanced eco system all around .Some of the rare plants along with the wild life will be totally - wiped out due to all that over development . All of the tourists , the educational and the wild life film people from around the world visit to see such plant life and wild animals . They are rare and have a special beauty which can never be duplicated . Plant - life there now such as the Coco - plants and others feed the world day in and day out . They are rare, and only the conditions there allows for such growth .

Alia Yasin African nations have very serious issues. Poverty, economic and political instability, corruption, war, genocide, tribal rivalries, extremist religious fanaticism, human rights abuses due to cultural laws such as forcing girls to have (I don't wanna say it). Or legal child marriage.Not all nations on Africa have these issues but most do. Africa is not a great big jungle but showing a few pictures of bridges and buildings doesn't mean that it's Wakanda. No Arfican nation compares to countries like Canada. USA, Japan, Australia, Switlerland, Norway and so on. Sorry, but you can't argue with facts. Also science didn't come from black people in Africa. Countries in the Middle East were very prominent in mathematics and science thousands of years ago. Where ever you are from its important to be proud of your heritage but you must research and speak facts before you comment, otherwise you will sound like Alexandria Cortez and believe me you don't want to sound like an uneducated bimbo.
