I did my national service in that area some of the market women come as far as Somanya in the Eastern Region to sell their stuff.

There are microorganisms that our mothers are not aware of . Smoked meat should be covered with plastic bags to avoid bacteria , parasites, viruses, moulds (fungi) and yeast growth on such perishables.

They are called pea aubergines or abedru in Twi. Most people add it to palm soup. ❤️❤️
