I love this video. I love the sense of community and family that still exist in those villages which a lot of us living in urban centres has lost. Because they don't use or have a lot of modern things some people especially from the western world would consider them to be poor. But when you think about it they are rich. They are self-sufficient for the most part and have food readily available and are very happy and content with their life. By the way, those food are my type of food. Big up Jasmine for another great video.

This is one of my favourite Vlogs from Jasmine 😊 perhaps it’s due to the fact that it’s filmed in Central region which is where my family are from. As soon as I saw the preview , i felt transported back to my Auntie’s Village at Gomoa East. Honestly village life is the new luxury. It’s serene and 🤌🏾. The kontonmire and yellow yam looked nourishing. In fact I miss Ghana paa especially the serene village life.

The men worked also in the gathering of the meal, and in some of the preparations, now that's whats I call a village .👌😋😀 Now it could of been about the filming but the men involved knew what to do and that is what makes life really more smooth, I say.
