I love this video. I love the sense of community and family that still exist in those villages which a lot of us living in urban centres has lost. Because they don't use or have a lot of modern things some people especially from the western world would consider them to be poor. But when you think about it they are rich. They are self-sufficient for the most part and have food readily available and are very happy and content with their life. By the way, those food are my type of food. Big up Jasmine for another great video.

Who said we don't have food to eat in Africa? Poverty and hunger are both choices people make. You can't be hungry in Ghana when we have this fertile soil. Look at the yam?

I know the food has to be good. It was made with fresh ingredients from a farm and it was cooked by a West African Aunty. Also, a West African Uncle with his machete is a force to be reckoned with. LOL.

This is one of my favourite Vlogs from Jasmine 😊 perhaps it’s due to the fact that it’s filmed in Central region which is where my family are from. As soon as I saw the preview , i felt transported back to my Auntie’s Village at Gomoa East. Honestly village life is the new luxury. It’s serene and 🤌🏾. The kontonmire and yellow yam looked nourishing. In fact I miss Ghana paa especially the serene village life.

It is farm to table, it's called here in rural USA. It's a simple but good way of living. Thanks so much for all you do. My desire when I come to Africa, is to explore it all and not just the city living, that most foreigners refer to as Ghana. More more more please. I don't get tired of this type content. Much love.
