I think one of the reasons why things are getting worse in Nigeria is bcos of fed. The states commissioners of health of each of the 52 hospitals across the country the money was disbursed to, have shared part of the money amongst themselves anyways. That's the height of corruption in Nigeria and the end is not in sight yet. We wouldn't have known about the money if not that they were busted by that man.
