Some people simply don’t understand the need to have hunting reserves where hunters can go, pay a lot of money that will support the conservation efforts and help provide protein to the local population. It’s so easy for keyboard warriors to point fingers, create their own statistics about wildlife population and complain all day long. Anyway, thank you for your wonderful video that has brought many great memories of my childhood when I used to go hunting with my dad and I still keep a .500 Nitro Express he gave me as a present eons ago. Impressive diversity of game species. Those old bull giraffes kill a lot of young bulls, taking them is good for conservation. What was the light rifle they were using for the plains game and what cartridge?

Glad to see you guys are after old bulls and not SCI record breeders. SCI needs to change their scoring rules. Blue wildebeest was also my first animal, but he was about half the distance of that shot. My 9.3x62 roared, he went down. On the buff, man, that's some of the best marksmanship I've ever seen. Weidmansheil! OMG, the roan...our PH did almost the exact same thing to my wife on the wildebeest. That was hilarious. Well played. YT is so annoying. They delete my comments every time I forget and put the s**h**o**o**t**i**n**g word in it.

@@tomicdube4036 everything in this life has its value regardless of whether it is newly born. ”recreates young animal”. “fattens mature animals”. “and slaughter old animals that have already completed their cycle” in Africa from what I know and I have studied the meat of animals hunted and sold at a minimum cost or better speaking just the cost of the diesel in the truck to take the meat to the low cost butcher shops or often a magnificent animal like this giraffe is donated, imagine how much meat it provides to those people who live close to this hunting area, sorry English is not my best language, I hope you understand my comment, thank you hugs from Brazil

The only reason they live on private land is because people will pay to hunt them. If people don’t hunt them they don’t have a value and everything will be killed off and replaced with cattle so the landowner can make an income. So hunters are vital for the survival of wildlife

so if the client is an American we can’t bring the meat back, so it goes to the land owners and the guides and in some cases the villagers depending on where the animal was shot, I promise no one in Africa is wasting perfectly good meat

Non of your holy scripts says donate for anitpoaching, fences, breading programs and keeping natural vegetation intact. The hunter pays, people eat and all of the above mentioned is taken care off. Hunting contributes to conservation. Animals are bred for hunting and environment is kept as natural as possible. Money is also used for up keep of those very few places left in the world. Human procreation is far far worse than enjoying a good hunt.
