You can go through the profiles, mybe you will find something matching your qualifications. There is no video requested, its a presentation and they have given you guiding questions of what to include in the presentation. As for the change initiative IT'S IMPORTANT TO RESEARCH THE COMPANY YOU ARE APPLYING FOR AND UNDERSTAND THEIR VISION, LOOK AT THE SOCIAL PROJECTS THEY SUPPORT THAT YOU THINK WILL BE SUITABLE TO IMPLEMENT IN YOUR COUNTRY. Look at the social projects they support, come up With an idea that you wanna implement in your country based on the companies' vision and strategy. Hi Chika. Its good to hear from you. As a start, the application for Afrika Kommt this year has ended on 24 March 2024. You can apply in the following year. Qualifications for Afrika Kommt are determined by the profiles or positions available. You will need to find a profile and see if it fits. You can try to apply if you have the qualifications, even though you don't have experience. But the ideal situation would be to have experience and qualifications.

Hi. To answer your questions 1. For the 10 years future plan, they want to know your long term goals in all aspects of your life in terms of your career and personal development. What do you wanna achieve in ten years to come? This programme is trying to create change makers, people who want to make an impact in their society specifically Africa. So you must be goal orientated. For example, They can't give you this fellowship and in 10 years to come, you decide that you're gonna sit at your village not doing anything. The knowledge you gained must be put to good use. 2. Please go through the website of the company you are applying to. Look at the social projects they support, come up With an idea that you wanna implement in your country based on the companies' vision and strategy. Don't over complicate it, think of a problem in your community and how the company you are applying to will help you implement the solution. I hope this helps.
