I think you saying its a lie is being to harsh on yourself. Its all a process and you and working through it and recognizing your problem. I found you from that interview and am walking a similar path. Your videos do resonate and so does your relationship. it was very eye opening for me to hear that its not fair for you to expect him not to care when your doing bad. I do the same to my partner, I think were both responsible for ourselves but the relationship is supposed to involve mutual care. Also the passive suicidal thing I have never heard but I do relate to that. its more of a constant lull of being passive to your own harmful thoughts just because they have always been there. anyway sending love to you

Wow, thank you for your words. It’s so easy for me to continuously find blame in myself and put myself down. I think I’m so used to seeing a glamorized figuring-yourself-out phase, or maybe that’s my own projection. Either way, I have to work on not comparing myself to others and accepting myself for who I am. It’s SO EASY to say out loud. But the connection through your comment is real, and that’s something that happened that wasn’t faked. And it feels good knowing that it came from an honest place and not from a version I’m pretending to be.
