After I discovered this recipe, I cook this for breakfast almost every weekend. Simple and delicious
Ingredients and recipe:
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Chop up 10g green onion
Add to the eggs
Mix well
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Divide into 8 parts
Add 2tbsp all purpose flour to a bowl
Pour in 50ml water
Mix well
Add a pinch of baking powder (optional)
Place 1/4cup bread crumbs in a plate
Medium heat
Pour vegetable oil in a pan
Dip a slice of egg into the mix
Then dip into the bread crumbs
Fry the slice of egg
Repeat
Fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Done!

In Colombia we use scallions and diced tomatoes, I like to remove the seeds. sauté with butter first, then add the eggs. I love to eat the eggs with white rice and fried sweet plantains 🤤 We call it huevos perico. Perico means parakeet 🦜 the name of the eggs is because of how the scallions and tomatoes resembles the parrot’s colors.

Похоже на арабскую шакшуку)) я думаю, во всех культурах есть нечто похожее на то, что ты описал - жареные овощи + помидоры + яйцо. Мне нравится добавлять туда баклажаны или кабачки, чеснок и лук😊 Но с жареными бананами ещё не пробовала! Их нужно отдельно пожарить и просто положить на блюдо рядом с яичницей? Или бананы пожарить с овощами и рисом и добавить яйцо? Хочу попробовать 😊😊

This is a big no ! No ! For me. Egg 🥚 and onion 🧅 is enough. But cooked twice with deep fried in too much oil is no longer healthy
