The international boxing association banned Imane Khelif from the world championships because Khelif is male with XY chromosomes. They did testing on Khelif. That statement was rebuked by Khelif herself though and the IBA never released the medical details whatsoever, in 2022 she was permitted by the IBA (and she lost) then in 2023 she was rejected.... definitely one of the reasons why the Olympics don't use the IBA as a reference anymore LOL.
