I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage 3 on Dec 5, 2001. I had ‘high-grade’ & ’low-grade’. I started chemo Jan 2002. I did 6 rounds of chemo. I lost my hair between rounds 1&2. I had my sons shave it off. My eldest was 17 and my youngest was 10. It was harder on my 17 year old. He understood it all better. Anyway after 6 rounds I was clear. And then in a couple months it came back. I was put on ‘maintenance’ chemo for almost 8 years. And I have been clear ever since. And here I am, 22 years later, very healthy. My boys are grown and married and I am a Grammy of 2 grandsons! GOD IS GOOD ♥️ Prayers for you 🙏🏻 You can do this!! THINK POSITIVE- it is sooo important!!!🙏🏻💕

Your video touched me. You remind me of my daughter. When my daughter was 26 years old, she was diagnosed with stage 4 non Hodgkins lymphoma in the month of October. They said she had it at least 7 years and told us not to get our hopes up. She went for chemo every two weeks from 9 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon, where she received 5 rounds of chemo back to back. She lost her hair and, by March, weighed under 100 lbs at 5'5" tall. She was skin on bones, but she is a fighter, and I believe in God and the power of prayer. I told God it didn't matter what the Dr's said, I knew He could heal her. She had chemo till June. This August, my beautiful daughter will celebrate her 50th birthday. Except for a small scar from her Port, you can't even tell she ever had cancer. Don't give up, and don't give in. Your hair will grow back and be as beautiful as before (her's came back curly, It was straight before). You can do this! If you don't believe it's OK because I do. I will put you on our prayer line, and we will storm the gates of heaven on your behalf! I look forward to the day you post you are in remission. With thoughts and prayers...

My husband found a lump in his neck in April 2017. (Also in his lung and bones), He did chemo for stage 4 lymphoma. He went into remission in 2019. In 2020, his lymphoma returned and he did chemo again. Because it did not clear, he did a stem cell treatment in july 2020. He again was in a tenuous remission. Throughout this time he also developed prostate cancer and had surgery for that in February of 2023. He was recovering from that until April 2023. He found new lumps in his neck. So they fast tracked him in an experimental treatment, called T-carti. It is known to have fair success if you survive the treatment. He did. He still seems to be doing good. However his immune system is very low, so he takes intogen treatments once a month to build up his blood counts and immune system. We will fight it until we can't, but we're not giving up. Have faith. Be strengthened.

My heart goes out to you. My 40 year old daughter just went through this and she did the same thing. In Sept of 2023 was her last chemo and her hair has started to come back. It’s thicker and darker than before. About 1.5 inches long at this point. She’s goes in for her first 6 month follow-up of blood work this month. Life can be hard, and don’t let anyone tell you going through chemo is not that bad. It’s different for everyone and there’s going to be days that the ups and downs will be more than you care to handle. But you will get through this and come out the other side a stronger women. Surround yourself with those you Love and that Love you. Don’t say No to those that want to help. Your in our prayers. God Bless❤❤❤

I was diagnosed with Stage 4b (widespread) Hodgkins Lymphoma in December 2016. I started chemo and after 4 sessions my PET scan miraculously showed it had all gone. They withdrew the bleomycin but kept me on the three other drugs for the 6 month treatment duration. A PET scan at the end showed I was still clear. Five years later I was signed off as a survivor. God bless our NHS and our publicly funded health system in the UK.

I wish you the very best in your recovery, I was stage 3 lymphoma Large B cell lymphoma non Hodgkin I fought & fought 1st chemo treatment was to strong I developed pneumonia & was put into an induced Coma as it happened in a small rural community & they weren’t equipped to deal with me there. I was taken to a better facility, where I was in coma for 10 days, they took me off life support & I started to breathe on my own…at which point they put me back on oxygen as I wasn’t done fighting yet… I recovered from this 1st treatment Had 6 months of intense Chemo, followed by 30 days of Radiation therapy to kill the remaining Cancer cells. I’ve been in remission for 14 yrs now… So you focus on the outcome, & even in those moments when you’re all alone & you’ve lost all the hair on your body & you feel the tears come down your cheeks… You have to remember this is only a disease that can be beaten, so long as you don’t beat yourself…. Positive attitude is everything when sick with cancer I’m rooting for you

dang look at that beautiful woman. hair doesn't make beauty it's going through the tuff parts and standing up and fighting even when you think that you have no more to fight with and pulling out reserves you didn't know you had. this comes from personal experience and not just being a cheer section if we are ment to go we can't stop it but we fight not for ourselves but for the people we love and love us our lives have already been written we get to know the beginning but none of us get to know the way it ends we just need to live the best life we can

You’re very beautiful!!!! Your just removing you hair sister not you life. It will grow back and your are still that same beautiful face that you started with only it has tears on and I understand how devastating it could be….but your beautiful face has not went anywhere that you can’t go get the smiles it had before. Many people love you kiddo and are with you 100%. Bring back that smile I know is in there❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can understand everything that you’re going through. Three weeks ago I found a lump in my neck. Last week I went and got an ultrasound and they told me they found abnormalities and that I have to come in for a biopsy tomorrow. I’m gonna save this video, so I can reach out again to you and let you know my results. God bless you.
