Judge is annoying because we all know that if he was in such A. Type of confrontational situation where there was a fight going and happening in his household, his family or anything like that, he would have been fighting too, just like he says he was one of those kids and technically adults. Because when he was in college, he was still an adult. You know who was doing all this extra stuff? Therefore, you're not going. To tell me if someone comes in your face, putting their hands in your face and be a confrontational all the time you want to walk away a 100% at that time. I understand sometimes walking away. But sometimes emotions are running high and not walking away. Could get you caught up too? Because I know people who will walk away in a person. Woke up behind you, a sneak you from behind. There are a few ways that this altercation could have been avoided. One was not to retaliate, but back down and file a complaint with the principal or whatever the proper authority was. However, people are human. BUT, in their positions, they must always keep in mind that they are charged with being positive role models. edit: The defendant admitted that she was already under stress r/t her mother (possibly an invalid or suffering from dementia, etc.). People who work in similar environments (working with students, clients, patients, etc.) need ongoing assistance from their agency or organization managers to help mitigate their work-related and/or personal stresses.

You can tell the aggressor because the plaintiff didn’t even want the defendant to speak!! The plaintiff followed the defendant and went inside her room!!! I believe the plaintiff did not tell the truth!!!! There is no way anyone would get upset over tables being moved . The plaintiff was bossy and fussy. She should have told the truth and minded her own business.. She escalated that the defendant told the truth. She wasn’t used to being treated that way, and she lost it….. will get that upset if the plaintiff didn’t do anything wrong!!! The defendant had a simple task she gave little children her students move the tables. I believe the plaintiff got angry with the defendant for no reason at all she shouldn’t have said nothing in her classroom and mind her business but she gonna make sure she had bossy ways for the tables to come back like she is the pit bull and I believe that’s nasty tone came out of her mouth was offensive, and it got next to the defendant, I believe the plaintiff was aggressive. The defendant is very strong if she broke the lady finger, but the lady the plaintiff should not have put put her finger in the ladies face which made her more angry 😡 such disrespect from the plaintiff and that’s why she got a finger broke!! That should be a lesson. No one scare you. That defendant showed you you’re not the boss of her, especially in the classroom.Setting
