I needed to watch this before making a mistake. I recently found one of these iPods in Facebook Marketplace and I actually considered to buy it so it could be my first refurbished iPod. Maybe I'll wait a bit more before pullin the trigger.

Buy one that's already working and if the drive fails get an iflash SD. I made the mistake of buying a non-working one, I got unlucky and something in the main board was bad instead of the hard drive.
