I can relate so well to this message. I was saved as a child but really had no guidance afterwards and failed to really seek the Lord. I’m 55 now and my wife of 33 years and I began having serious problems with one of our children. After a couple of years of struggling I found myself looking in the mirror and realized it was my fault! Even though we taught our children about Jesus and what He did for us and took them to Church, I failed to show them what a true Christian walk looks like. I began digging through the Scriptures everyday and began getting excited and concerned at the same time. Then one evening at a small gathering at our home I asked if anyone would be interested in having a weekly Bible study. To my surprise my daughter in law and oldest son answered “absolutely!” I was so happy I almost cried! We have been consistent for a little over a month and still trying to find a good form of structure but I’m so happy we can come together and feel God presence! I’m and terrified at the same time because I feel moved to start a prison ministry! I don’t feel qualified in anyway really but I keep having these strong feelings about it. I don’t want to ignore what I feel like I’m being lead to do, but don’t know how to begin either. Please pray for me in seeking guidance. Thank you Brother for your message! Pastor Jack is so right on temptations. I was once of this world but became a believer of Jesus Christ. 2018 is when the Lord gave me a chance to be a servant of his. I was lost but God knew I was asking for help and he knew that the year of 2018 was the year I was going to listen and open my eyes and heart to him. I been changed and can see now. But we all know that evil comes out of nowhere and we need to be prepared for those temptations. They are out there and will have your thoughts thinking sinful. But we have to understand that now that we are servants of God we are saved through the grace of God. We are no longer people of this world we are free, we are no longer a slave of sin. Love you God please keep us clean and pure.

If you do not know the LORD, please do not wait another moment... “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” -2 Corinthians 6:2 None of us knows how long we have on this earth. The only opportunity we are guaranteed to have is right now... A: Admit you have Sinned
 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” -Romans 3:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” -Romans 6:23 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” -1 John 1:9 It is tough to admit that we are wrong. Even before God, we feel we are basically good, and we would like to think we are never as bad as some... we are ALL sinners and can never be good enough to earn our own way to heaven. Jesus spoke to the scribes and Pharisees saying, “Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell?” -Matthew 23:33 They believed that faithfully following rituals and traditions would get them into heaven. We are all like those scribes and Pharisees when we believe we can save ourselves from the death penalty by good works or following religious rituals and traditions. That path takes us to one place only... hell! Please listen, there is a way to escape hell- The ONLY WAY... B: Believe on Jesus our Savior 
 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” -John 3:16-17 “So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” -Acts 16:31 “And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the Name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.” -1 John 3:23 “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” -Ephesians 2:8-9 Salvation is not complicated. Jesus said, “Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” - Mark 10:15 A child simply puts their trust (faith) in their parents protective arms. Likewise, we entrust our life to Jesus our Savior, believing on Him and His finished work on the cross. The Apostle Paul defined the message of the Gospel (good news) like this- “...that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” - 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 Jesus, the perfect, sinless lamb, the Son of God, laid down His life and took the death penalty meant for us, dying in our place (read Isaiah 53:6). He paid the debt we could not pay and redeemed us (bought us back) from the power of sin and death. (read John 1:29 / Galatians 3:13 / Romans 3:25) C: Confess Jesus is Lord and Savior “...that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” -Romans 10:9-10 God did His part, sending His one and only Son to die in our place. He has offered us a free gift-salvation, the forgiveness of sin, eternal life with Him in heaven. BUT…we must receive that gift. We must confess our sins (read 1 John 1:9 ) and proclaim our faith (belief) in the death, burial and resurrection of God’s only begotten son, our Savior Jesus. Confessing with our mouth requires an outward, public action, not a secret, hidden, timid faith. The Apostle Paul boldly proclaimed his faith so that others could hear and be saved. God’s plan of salvation is freely offered to everyone. If you are not familiar with prayer, it is simply talking to God openly and honestly. Remember, the Bible says we are saved by grace through faith. God sees our heart. We are not saved by simply saying some special words in a formal prayer. We are saved when we reach out by faith, admit our sin, repenting from believing our actions save us to belief in Jesus and His sacrifice for us, confessing Him as our Lord and Savior. Saving faith produces a forever changed life. The Bible is God’s message to us. It’s readily available even online. Please read it. Your death penalty has been paid- you have been pardoned... The choice is yours to accept it or not. We’re all headed to one of two places - heaven or hell. Will you please accept the LORD’s gift of love today? “Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” - Luke 15:10

I live in Canada and unfortunately our church is only doing online services. I happened to run into our pastor today, and we had a little conversation. I casually asked him if he thought we were in the end times. He casually said, “probably not, WW2 was worse etc.” I really pray for some more insight into this. Although not WW2 like, I feel like these are perilous times. People are cold, you’re told not to visit your own family. The “authorities” want to vaccinate the world, put the world into an economic reset. The US election has never been this contentious. It’s crazy. I have a hard time balancing what my church says (nothing), and the events happening in the world today!

Until very recently, I believed in the pre-tribulation rapture of the church. It's what I was taught as a young boy growing up in church and it's what the professors taught to us as we were studying to become pastors and evangelist and missionaries for The Lord. But when I read John 17 (the full chapter) I finally understood what Jesus Christ prayed for in the garden of Gethsemane ; V15 it says "I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. v16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world." Putting this prayer of Jesus Christ into the context of pre-tibulation rapture and it changes everything. Also, the parable of the wheat and the tares are left to grow up together and when He comes back, He will separate the wheat from the tares and take up the tares and bind them up and throw them in to the fire. Please consider this, that the rapture of the church happens at the end of the great tribulation according to Revelation 19 & 20. That's when the 1000 year millenial reign of Jesus Christ will take place in Jerusalem. It's also the timing of the first resurection unto life and the rest of the dead shall not live again until the 1000 years has been completed. They will take part in the second resurrection until damnation and death and will stand before Jesus Christ at The Great White Throne Judgment. Get spiritually prepared to hang onto Jesus Christ no matter what the costs becuase it will only be for a little while. Paul says to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord. Pray for your loved ones, friends and co-workers that they will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ while He may be found. Time is short and soon, the return of our Lord and Savior will break through the skies with a loud shout and the voices of trumpets and we will forever be with the Lord. Amen!

You, as do many, put the church in a place it doesn't belong. Matthew 24 & 25 are for the Jews. The church doesn't come around until Acts. If you want the church and pre trib rapture, look at the upper room discourse. Please don't conflagrate these two, because it leads to bad results and wrong understanding.
