2 kg pork (pork neck)
250 ml kefir
½ tsp baking soda (per 2 kg meat)
3 onions
2 heaped teaspoons salt
Black pepper
2 tsp meat seasoning (you can add your favorite seasoning or nothing at all)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
The temperature of cooked meat is between 70 and 77°C (depending on the desired degree of doneness)
After 15 minutes the meat is ready
The shashlik becomes very soft, juicy and incredibly tasty
