Honestly, this is reawakening my model building desire all over again. I got frustrated with every tutorial for even basic things requiring so much expensive materials and basically requiring you to be a professional sculptor to do anything. Thanks so much for the inspiration!

This I actually think is one of THE most helpful videos in the 40k and general modelling community. This lets you make super quick easy and cheap terrain thank you so much man this is awesome.

Can’t believe this has so few views. Part of my problem with terrain building is that I struggle with the time investment required for most projects. Super helpful video👍

Really glad i could help 😄 - I know exactly how you feel with the time constraints - I'll be doing more afternoon builds in the future too!

All of this stuff is genuinely brilliant! I've been looking for easy to build terrain pieces, and these all fit the bill easily. I'd personally love to see more, and maybe if you're up to the challenge, scatter terrain for Legions Imperialis-- I'd love to see the ideas you'd cook up for that. Great work!

Thank you! Greatly appreciate the feedback. I’ll take a look into Legions and see what I can come up with. If it’s enough to make a video, I’ll tag you to let you know 👍🏻

For the pipes, you can glue rectangles cut from zip ties and also the end bit to give them a bit more texture and interest.

If you don't mind using paper, you can just print out the signs on the barrels. There's plenty of fake transfer pictures out there.

Some lovely ideas! The mesh you use, is that the aluminium stuff for car repairs or the fibre glass stuff for keeping out insects please? Affiliate link ?
@ForTheRoll3 ай бұрын
Thank you. You can find the wire mesh by searching for ‘screen door mesh’. I’ve updated the description in the video with an Amazon affiliate link for the material I purchased. 👍🏻

Ah man. My inner metal scrapper is crying at the copper barrels. Perhaps there are aluminum or steel ones we can find...

If you do find any, please let me know, I feel your pain.
